What 21 Astro-Numerology readings revealed about intuition, leadership, and self-trust.

I was invited to sponsor a Women in Business networking event, and instead of setting up a booth full of brochures and business cards, I spent the evening doing 10-minute Astro-Numerology readings. I said yes because this is more my style.

On paper, I only had time for 13.

A few women arrived early, so I squeezed in a couple readings before the event officially started. Then networking kicked off, names kept getting added to the list, and every time I thought I was done, someone else would quietly ask, “Any chance you have time for one more?”

Three and a half hours later, I’d read 21 charts.

The whole experience has stayed with me in a way I wasn't expecting.

Every woman who sat down brought something completely unique to the table. Their businesses were at different stages. Their questions came from entirely different places. Some wanted clarity around partnerships, others were wrestling with visibility, purpose, money, offers or the next chapter of their business. Every chart told its own story.

What caught my attention wasn’t that everyone received something different, because that’s exactly what I expect. Each person has a unique blueprint, so of course their messages won’t be the same.

I was fascinated by noticing a handful of themes surfacing again and again. They arrived through different numbers, different conversations and different lived experiences, yet they all seemed to point toward the same invitation.

Whenever that happens, I pay attention.

The first thing I noticed was how much seven energy was sitting in front of me.

The first 4 readings were July birthdays. Double sevens. Triple sevens. Even the isolated sevens kept showing up.

If you know anything about numerology, you know that seven asks us to trust what we already know. It develops wisdom through experience and intuition, not by collecting endless opinions from everyone else.

I can’t tell you how many women finished their reading by saying, “That was exactly what I needed to hear,” or, “I already knew that... I just needed someone to confirm it.”

That sentence didn’t surprise me, because it’s what happens in almost all of my readings.

What you’ve been calling a lack of clarity is actually a lack of self-trust.

We've become so used to outsourcing our wisdom that we ask everyone else before we ask ourselves. Another podcast. Another mentor. Another strategy. Another opinion. A bigger sign from the universe. Somewhere along the way, we've forgotten that energetic intelligence deserves a seat at the table alongside logic, strategy and experience.

That’s why I’ve been talking so much lately about the CEO and the Oracle. The CEO builds the plan while the Oracle feels the timing and the direction, and when they work together instead of competing for control, leadership becomes a whole lot easier because one keeps your business moving while the other keeps it aligned.

Another energetic pattern kept appearing throughout the evening, and this one felt completely expected given the women I tend to work with. So many entrepreneurs carried the Arrow of Determination, sometimes called the Arrow of Ambition, and I smiled every time I saw it because I already knew where the conversation was going.

People with this energetic influence don’t usually struggle with commitment. They set a goal, put their head down and get it done. They’ll push through exhaustion, uncertainty and discomfort because they’ve built an identity around following through.

More than once, I found myself asking, “How do you actually want this to feel?”

The response was almost always the same: a pause, an awkward laugh, a shift in their chair, and no answer.

We’ve become incredibly good at measuring success by what we’ve accomplished, yet very few people stop long enough to ask whether the thing they’re building actually creates the emotions we want to experience.

Your heart has been trying to join the strategy meeting for a long time. It might be worth letting it have a seat at the table.

Around the tenth reading I got goosebumps in every cell of my body because I knew exactly what was happening. Spirit wasn’t repeating itself because these women were the same. It was revealing the themes that seem to be alive in the collective right now.

Relationships found their way into many of the readings too. A breakup here. A business partnership there. Family dynamics. Team challenges. Conversations that had been avoided for months.

None of those situations looked alike on the surface, yet once we started unpacking them, the same question kept revealing itself.

Where have you abandoned your values?

Every time there was ongoing conflict, I eventually found a values mismatch sitting underneath it. Somewhere along the way, a boundary had been crossed, ignored or quietly negotiated away in the hope that keeping the peace would somehow fix the problem.

It never does, because living out of alignment always comes with a cost.

Sometimes the work is rebuilding the relationship. Sometimes the work is releasing it with grace. Either way, pretending the misalignment isn’t there only delays the inevitable.

Then came the innovators, and I saw so much of myself in them. One woman worried her idea was too risky because she’d never seen it before. Another thought she’d missed her chance because someone else might have already done it. I told her, “It’s still your idea.” People can copy concepts, but they can’t copy your perspective or the way you lead. Sometimes you’re the one meant to prove it works.

As the evening continued, I began to notice another number appearing again and again: nine. Whenever strong nine energy showed up, perfectionism was never far behind, although it rarely introduced itself directly.

Instead, it appeared through overthinking, constant tweaking, waiting for the right moment, or convincing yourself that you needed one more certification, one more month, one more website edit, or one more reason to delay being seen.

After saying some version of the same thing several times, I finally cut through the noise and said, “Can you just get the fuck out of your own way?”

To my relief, it was met with a shared sense of recognition because they knew they were the ones getting in their own way.

Perfection keeps making promises it has no intention of keeping. It tells you you’ll finally feel ready if you just fix one more thing.

Meanwhile, your business sits in draft mode while life keeps moving, and the real problem isn’t failure at all—it’s staying stuck in place.

And somewhere in all of this striving, we’ve forgotten how to enjoy the process. Everything becomes so serious, so high-stakes, so tied to our worth that there’s no room left for play, curiosity or pleasure.

But what if your next level isn’t unlocked through more pressure, but through more lightness? What if ease, joy and experimentation are actually part of the strategy?

You don’t have to earn your way into feeling good.

Sometimes the most powerful shift is letting yourself soften, laugh, try something just because it feels fun, and trust that your business can hold both ambition and enjoyment at the same time.

The conversation that has stayed with me the most happened right near the end of the night.

A woman asked how she could attract more clients. As we explored her chart, I noticed triple sevens and asked a question she wasn’t expecting.

“Are you claiming yourself as an expert in grief?”

She looked a little shocked.

I dropped the truthbomb that had been sitting inside those triple sevens. She’d experienced profound loss in her own life, yet she’d been calling herself a healer without ever getting specific about what she actually helped people heal.

That moment landed in both of us.

People spend so much time trying to become everything for everyone that they overlook the very thing that makes them unforgettable.

The clients you’re meant to work with aren’t looking for someone who’s memorized the right script. They’re looking for someone who’s walked through the fire and knows the way out, someone who can meet them in the depth of their experience because they’ve been there themselves.

As I packed up my cards, I realized something had shifted.

After twenty-one readings, I expected to feel exhausted. Instead, I drove home feeling energized, expanded and deeply grateful. (And, really hungry lol) That’s usually my clue that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, doing the work I’m meant to do.

I also couldn’t stop thinking about the women I’d met. Every one of them arrived with a different story, a different business and a completely different chart. Yet underneath all of that, I kept coming back to the same realization.

The wisdom, clarity and answers were already there.

Numerology didn’t create any of it. It simply gave us a language to recognize what had been there all along.

That’s why I love this work.

It’s never been about predicting the future, although I love that aspect. But, it’s more about revealing the patterns, strengths and blind spots that are already shaping your life and business so you can lead with greater intention, confidence and self-trust.
