Clear the Channel. Trust the Signal. Become the Conduit.
(The June Energy Forecast is now live on YouTube. If you prefer reading to watching, I've adapted the forecast into written form below. WATCH HERE.)
We are now stepping into the final month of the first quarter of the energetic new year. Spring is coming to a close and summer opens a new chapter.
If May felt a little awkward, a little uncomfortable, or like life was asking for your attention in ways you didn't necessarily appreciate, you're not alone.
I've been referring to May as middle-child energy.
That six energy wanted us to come home to ourselves. It wanted us to refine, recalibrate, and smooth out the rough edges of change that arrived during the five energy before it. One of my numerology mentors describes six energy as a cozy blanket and a warm cup of tea. I've always loved that description because after the disruption, chaos, and unpredictability of five, six brings us back into relationship with what matters. It brings us back to our values, our vision, our leadership, our purpose, and our mission.
It was asking us to create greater peace and harmony in our lives and businesses. To stop negotiating our non-negotiables. To pay attention to where we were out of alignment and make the necessary adjustments. It was asking us to bring balance back to the force.
All of that was happening for a reason.
Because June isn't interested in moving slowly.
June is a cosmic fucking slingshot.
Understanding the Energy of Seven
The seven energy is fascinating because it contains what appears to be a contradiction.
On one hand, seven loves momentum. It wants certainty. It wants clarity. It wants decisive action. It wants movement. It wants results.
On the other hand, seven can become completely stuck. It can overthink. It can analyze every possible outcome. It can convince itself that it needs one more piece of information, one more course, one more book, one more conversation before it's ready to make a decision.
I always associate the shadow side of seven with a parachute being dragged through the mud.
When I worked in organizations, agencies, and on boards, that's exactly what it felt like sometimes. Everyone had an opinion, needed another meeting to talk about the same things over and over. Everyone wanted more information before making a decision. It felt like speaking to a brick wall. That's the trap of seven energy. It creates the illusion that more information will create clarity, when in reality, more information often creates more indecision.
The gift of seven is something entirely different.
Seven is a spiritual badass.
It is the bridge between the spiritual and physical worlds. It understands that intuition matters and strategy matters. It understands that the unseen influences the seen. It knows that divine intelligence and practical action are not separate things.
For me, seven has always represented the bridge between worlds. The bridge between soul and strategy. The bridge between intuition and execution. The bridge between receiving the message and actually doing something with it.
When seven is operating at its highest expression, it becomes a conduit.
That's why the overarching message for June came through so clearly:
Clear the channel. Trust the signal. Become the conduit.
Every opportunity, every challenge, every decision, and every theme this month seems to point back to the same question:
Can you trust what you're receiving enough to move?
Theme One: Place Your Bets
When I sat down with my spiritual support team and asked what June wanted us to know, I was immediately shown a horse track.
Not something I expected.
I don't even think I've ever been to the horse races.
But the imagery was crystal clear. I could feel the energy of the crowd, the excitement in the stadium, the anticipation as everyone waited for the race to begin. There was hope in the air. Possibility. That feeling that anything could happen. Everyone was looking at the exact same horses, but each person had to decide where they were willing to place their bet.
What became obvious very quickly was that June is asking us to stop sitting in the stands and start participating.
This is risk-it-for-the-biscuit energy.
Not reckless energy or blind faith. But the willingness to move before certainty arrives.
Because certainty rarely arrives first. Confidence is often the result of movement, not the prerequisite for it.
If I'm being honest, I haven't always bet on the right horse.
There have been business partnerships that didn't work. Collaborations that fell apart. Mentors that I put on a pedestal who eventually disappointed me, some betrayed me. Opportunities that looked incredible on paper and ended up becoming expensive lessons.
But I'm still here. Winning.
And so are the people I work with.
Because success isn't about always choosing perfectly. It's about learning how to fail forward instead of flailing. That's been one of the biggest lessons of this energetic year.
June is inviting us to shift from Why me? to Why the fuck not me?
It's asking us to move from victim consciousness into creator consciousness. To stop waiting for permission. To stop waiting until we're ready. To stop assuming that confidence comes before action.
It doesn't.
Confidence is often the result of movement.
This month is asking us to place the bet. Not because we know exactly how everything is going to unfold, but because we're beginning to trust ourselves enough to move anyway.
How can you expect the universe to bet on you if you're not willing to bet on yourself?
How can you expect clients to bet on you if you're not willing to bet on yourself?
That question sits at the heart of this entire month.
For many of us, this theme will show up through partnerships, collaborations, opportunities, and decisions about where we are investing our time, energy, money, and attention.
Inside the MasterHeart Mastermind, one of the things we're working on is completing our astro-numerology blueprints alongside our business blueprints. The deeper we go into understanding our own energetic code, the more obvious it becomes where our strengths are, where our blind spots are, and where partnerships can help us expand beyond what we're capable of creating on our own.
The difference now is that we're no longer choosing partnerships from scarcity, fear, or wishful thinking.
We're choosing them from clarity.
We're choosing them from self-awareness.
We're choosing them from a deeper understanding of who we are, what we're building, and the legacy we're here to create.
June wants you to place your bets.
Not from desperation or from pressure.
From possibility.
Theme Two: Believe and Receive
The second theme that came through for June is Believe and Receive.
Seven is a deeply spiritual number. It's woven into the fabric of Earth School. Seven days of the week. Seven colours of the rainbow. Seven musical notes. Seven continents. Seven seas. Seven chakras. Once you start looking for it, you realize it's everywhere.
It's also the one number from one through nine that isn't divisible by pi. It literally defies logic.
That's important because June isn't a month where everything is going to make logical sense.
This is a month of intuition, synchronicity, divine breadcrumbs, and what I called in the 2026 forecast, full-throttle transmissions.
The question isn't whether the messages are coming through.
The question is whether you're willing to trust them.
One of the things we talk about inside my programs is omens of alignment and evidence of flow. Instead of relying exclusively on strategy and logic, we develop a relationship with the signs, synchronicities, and nudges that are constantly showing up around us.
What I've noticed is that people are often willing to ask for a sign, but the moment it arrives, they start arguing with it.
One of my clients asked for a moose.
A moose.
Not exactly something she sees every day.
A short time later, she was scrolling social media and there, tucked into a photo, was a moose. Instead of celebrating, she immediately questioned it.
"Does that count?"
Of course it counts.
You asked. It arrived.
The same thing happened recently with my cat, Tegan. Before she passed, I asked if we could find each other again in this lifetime. If she chose to come back, I asked for a specific sign. Months later, after completely forgetting about that conversation, the sign showed up through a series of seemingly unrelated events that all pointed to the same thing.
The moment I recognized it, more signs followed.
Not because they suddenly appeared.
Because I was finally paying attention.
That's the invitation for June.
Ask.
Pay attention.
And when the answer arrives, stop arguing with it.
Theme Three: C'Mon Feel the Noise
Not only did this theme age me and expose my hair metal phase, but it sent me straight back to Quiet Riot.
The entire song came through.
Underneath the humour was a message that felt incredibly important.
Many of the lightworkers, empaths, creatives, and healers in my community are going to feel the urge to retreat this month. Seven energy has a hermit side. It wants to disappear into a cave, shut the door, and figure everything out before rejoining the world.
The problem is that clarity doesn't work that way.
Clarity comes through action, not thought.
The visual that kept coming through was an old radio on seek.
It's moving through channels, picking up snippets of music, static, commercials, conversations, and noise. At first, it all sounds the same. Then suddenly something catches your attention. A lyric. A melody. A voice.
You stop.
You tune in.
You wouldn't know which station you wanted unless you had heard all the others first.
That's what June feels like.
Many people are questioning identities, labels, and roles they've carried for years. The end of May opened a powerful portal around identity, and June continues that process.
The entrepreneur, the coach, the healer, the spiritual person, the people-pleaser, the overachiever, the rebel, the outsider.
Some of those labels helped get us to where we are today. Some have quietly become cages.
June isn't asking you to judge them.
It's simply asking you to be aware of them.
Because we often discover who we are by first discovering who we are not.
The noise isn't the problem.
The contrast is what helps us find the signal.
Theme Four: Worlds Are Colliding
This was probably my favourite theme of the month.
When I sat with it, what became obvious was that June is inviting us into deeper integration. Different parts of ourselves that have been operating independently are beginning to work together in new ways.
For me, seven has always been four plus three.
I know there are other combinations that equal seven, but this is the one that always speaks to me.
The four represents the physical world. It's the four corners of the Earth. It's structure, foundations, stability, safety, security, systems, and strategy.
The three represents expansion, creativity, communication, and for me, the Holy Trinity. It's the spiritual realm. It's inspiration. It's possibility. It's the unseen.
When those two energies come together, they create a bridge.
That's what seven is.
A bridge between the spiritual and the physical.
A bridge between intuition and action.
A bridge between receiving the message and doing something with it.
For entrepreneurs, this showed up very clearly as the CEO and the Oracle finally figuring their shit out.
For years, I've watched people swing between extremes.
Some become so focused on strategy that they lose touch with their intuition. Everything becomes metrics, funnels, content plans, and productivity. They know exactly what they're supposed to do, but something feels hollow.
Others disappear into the spiritual realm. They receive downloads, insights, signs, and inspiration all day long, but struggle to ground any of it into practical action.
Neither approach creates sustainable success.
One burns you out.
The other keeps you in a loop.
June is asking us to stop treating these parts of ourselves like they're opposing forces.
The CEO and the Oracle are not competitors. They're partners, each bringing something essential to the table. One provides strategy, structure, and execution, while the other offers intuition, vision, and insight. Together, they bridge the practical and the mystical, the seen and the unseen, creating a way of leading that is both grounded and inspired.
The businesses that will thrive moving forward are the ones willing to embrace both.
This theme also carries another message: concealed wisdom is coming to light.
The connection between these two ideas is actually quite simple. When worlds collide, what has been hidden can no longer stay hidden.
As long as the spiritual and the practical remain separate, it's easy to compartmentalize. We can have intuitive insights that never get tested in the real world, or we can follow strategies that look good on paper but aren't aligned with who we truly are. The collision happens when these worlds meet. Suddenly, intuition is measured against reality, and reality is illuminated by intuition. What doesn't fit becomes obvious.
Seven energy is deeply connected to wisdom, but wisdom is different from information. Information can be collected endlessly. Wisdom emerges when knowledge is integrated and applied. That's why June feels less like a month of gathering answers and more like a month of revealing them.
As people bring together different aspects of themselves, they're seeing things more clearly. They're questioning beliefs they once accepted without hesitation. They're noticing where words and actions don't match. They're becoming more intentional about who they trust, what they believe, and where they invest their time, money, and energy.
This is why discernment is such an important skill this month. Not cynicism or skepticism, but the ability to recognize what is true for you. Discernment asks you to listen not only to what someone is saying, but also to who they are being. It helps you notice when something resonates deeply and when something feels slightly off, even if you can't immediately explain why.
We're already seeing this shift in both the coaching and spiritual industries. The era of influence without embodiment is beginning to crack. People are becoming less interested in the loudest voice in the room and more interested in integrity, congruence, and lived experience. They want to learn from people who are actually practicing what they teach.
That's another expression of worlds colliding. The message and the messenger can no longer be separated. The spiritual and the practical are being asked to work together. The CEO and the Oracle are being invited to sit at the same table.
And if you've been feeling those parts of yourself pulling in different directions, June offers an invitation to stop choosing between them. You don't have to be all strategy or all intuition. The real power comes from allowing both to inform the way you lead, create, and make decisions.
What This Means for Your Business
Every month brings opportunities, but seven energy exposes what's out of alignment.
Start with your finances. Do you know your be-well number, your monthly revenue target, your overhead, and how many clients you need to reach your goals?
Then do a spiritual wealth check. May asked us to stop negotiating our non-negotiables; June asks whether we're following through. Are you caring for your body, making space for reflection, listening to your intuition, and honouring your emotional well-being?
It's easy to build financial wealth while quietly bankrupting yourself everywhere else. June asks for both.
This is also a strong month to review your goals, strategy, and systems. Seven favours refinement over expansion. Keep what's working. Release what isn't.
If you're preparing for a launch, June can build momentum. If you're not ready, strengthen the foundation.
Most importantly, make decisions. Seven can get stuck in analysis paralysis, but more information isn't always the answer. Sometimes clarity comes after the decision, not before it.
What Your Clients Are Feeling Right Now
If you're creating content, having conversations, or supporting clients this month, there are a few themes that are likely to show up repeatedly.
People are questioning whether they can trust their intuition. They're struggling to distinguish between inner knowing and mental chatter, feeling stuck between multiple options and afraid of making the wrong choice. Many are also reevaluating what success means to them and questioning whether the path they've been following still fits.
At the same time, a lot of people are moving through grief and loss. Not just the loss of people, but the loss of identities, dreams, and versions of themselves they've outgrown.
What I've learned about grief is that it isn't always connected to death. Sometimes grief appears because we're standing at the threshold of becoming someone new. Part of us knows it's time to move forward, while another part wants to stay where it's familiar.
June creates an opportunity to hold space for both: the ending and the beginning, the loss and the possibility, the grief and the rebirth.
That's why this month feels so deeply connected to identity. Every expansion requires us to release something we've previously used to define ourselves, and sometimes that's the hardest part of growth.
Key Dates to Pay Attention To
There are a few dates this month that feel particularly significant.
The first is the window between May 31 and June 3.
Back in May's forecast, one of the messages that kept coming through was 3-2-1 Go. What I didn't realize at the time was how perfectly that would mirror the beginning of June.
June 1st, 2nd, and 3rd give us a sequence of 3♠️, 2♠️, and Ace♠️. At the same time, we're still sitting inside a Universal 1 year, and June 3rd becomes another powerful 1 energy day. Together, they create a container for clear seeing, identity shifts, and decisive action.
This feels like a period of cleansing and clearing.
Clear the channel.
Trust the signal.
Pay attention to the downloads, synchronicities, signs, and nudges that are arriving. There is an identity shift happening here. Old labels, roles, and masks are being questioned while a new version of yourself is beginning to emerge.
The question isn't whether the signal is coming through.
The question is whether you'll trust it.
June 6th is another date worth paying attention to.
Not only is it a 6/6 portal, but numerologically it's also the day we shift into Jupiter energy. If the first few days of the month are about receiving information, June 6th feels like confirmation day. The validation arrives. The evidence shows up. The thing you've been sensing starts making itself known.
Believe and receive.
From June 4th through the 16th, we're moving through Diamonds energy. This is a beautiful time for wealth, prosperity, worth, values, and financial conversations. It's an ideal window for reviewing your numbers, looking at your offers, and making sure your business model is supporting the life you're actually trying to create.
June 14th stands out in particular.
While many people will focus on the New Moon in Gemini, what caught my attention was the combination of 3 of diamonds energy inside a 7 month. This feels expansive. New opportunities, new income streams, new collaborations, and new partnerships can emerge around this time.
Pay attention to what's already sitting on your shelf.
I see this constantly with entrepreneurs. They have years of content, curriculum, workshops, programs, and intellectual property collecting dust because they've moved on creatively. Meanwhile, they're sitting on a gold mine.
June may reveal opportunities hiding in plain sight.
From June 17th to the 29th, we move into Clubs energy, which is one of my favourite energies to work with. Clubs support communication, creativity, content creation, writing, teaching, speaking, marketing, and messaging.
If you're working on a launch, creating content, building a workshop, writing a book, developing curriculum, or refining your message, this is a powerful window to do that work.
Then we arrive at June 29th.
The day carries an Ace of Clubs energy, a Full Moon, and Mercury Retrograde. Rather than fearing Mercury Retrograde, I'd encourage you to use it. This feels less like a disruption and more like a strategic review point—a chance to step back, assess what's working, and strengthen what still needs attention before moving forward.
It's a good time to ask yourself where you've been prioritizing quantity over quality, what needs refining, what deserves another pass, and what could become stronger with a little more care and intention. Rather than rushing into the next thing, allow yourself the space to improve what's already in motion.
Finally, we close the month by stepping into a beautiful dose of heart-conscious leadership. It feels fitting that after a month focused on intuition, discernment, identity, and integration, we're asked to lead from the heart.
Final Thoughts
If I had to summarize June in a single sentence, it would be this:
Clear the channel. Trust the signal. Become the conduit.
Everything we've explored this month points back to that message.
Place your bets.
Believe and receive.
C'Mon feel the noise.
Worlds are colliding.
The CEO and the Oracle are finally learning how to work together.
The spiritual and the practical are finding common ground, creating space for a more integrated way of moving through life and business. As old identities, roles, and expectations begin to loosen their grip, a new version of yourself has room to emerge.
Throughout this process, life may be asking you to trust yourself more deeply than you have before. Not because you have all the answers or complete certainty about what's ahead, but because clarity often arrives through movement rather than waiting. We learn what we need to know by taking the next step, paying attention to what unfolds, and adjusting as we go.
That's why June feels like a month to stay present and engaged with what's happening around you. Watch for the signs, notice the synchronicities, and pay attention to the nudges that keep appearing. When opportunities present themselves, trust what you've learned and be willing to act.
The signal is already there. The invitation this month is to slow down enough to hear it, trust yourself enough to follow it, and allow clarity to meet you in motion.
I'll see you on the track.
