- Where is the retreat located? We’ll gather in the stunning Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada. Exact location details will be shared after registration—but know this: it’s peaceful, powerful, and surrounded by natural beauty with lake views. And in Penticton, BC.
- What’s the timeline for the retreat? The event begins on Friday, September 19th at 12:30 pm PST for MasterHeart MasterMind clients, and 3 pm for all other attendees. The closing ceremony will be complete by Monday, September 22, at 4:30 pm. Based on flight schedules, it may be best to plan to arrive on Thursday and leave on Tuesday. Especially if you will be using the Kelowna airport.
- What’s included in the retreat price? Your registration includes all workshops, ceremonies, spiritual + strategic sessions, lazy river float excursion, and winery dinner (excludes alcoholic beverages), and most meals (breakfast not included), lovingly prepared on-site, by me. Accommodations and transportation are separate.
- What’s not included? You’ll be responsible for your own accommodations and travel to the retreat location. But don’t worry—I’ll guide you with recommended nearby places to stay (all close to the venue), and I’ll also help facilitate room shares and carpools if you’d like to pair up.
- How do I get there? You can fly into either Penticton (the closest airport) or Kelowna (a larger airport with more flight options). If you fly into Kelowna, I’ll help you with the best options for transportation from there to the retreat site. Once registered, you’ll receive a travel guide to make the journey smooth and stress-free.
- Do you offer payment plans? Nope. The retreat has been intentionally priced accessibly, and payment is required in full to secure your spot.
- I’m a MasterHeart Mastermind client—do I still pay for the retreat? Your retreat experience is included as part of the MasterHeart Mastermind. The only additional cost for you is a $350 CAD contribution for meals, which covers all your food for the four days.
- What if I have dietary restrictions? I've got you. I’ll be preparing all the meals and can accommodate most needs—gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc. Once you’re registered, you’ll fill out a short form to share your preferences and restrictions. Note - extreme pickiness will not be accommodated because you need to learn how to nourish yourself and expand your horizons. EXTREME ALLERGIES may be an issue - please reach out, and we will make the best plan to ensure your safety.
- Do I need to be an experienced entrepreneur to attend? Not at all. Whether you're launching your first offer or scaling a soul-aligned empire, this retreat meets you where you are. You'll walk away with clarity, strategy, and energetic alignment for your next level.
- What’s the vibe—structured or relaxed? Both. You'll have deep inner work, spiritual practices, and strategic planning—plus plenty of fun, flow, dance, play, and downtime. We’ll honor the sacred... and the silly. And it will be a small, intimate container.
- Is this retreat going to be a sales pitch? Hell no. This isn’t a trap. It is an aligned gateway into my deeper work (like The Immersion or MasterHeart MasterMind), but there's zero pressure. If you’re meant to go further, you’ll know.
- Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Due to the intimate size and upfront investment required to hold this container, all payments are non-refundable. If something major comes up, you may be able to transfer your spot to someone else or towards another offer - reach out and we’ll talk.
